The weather's getting warmer and some of the best eating in New York is to be had in the great outdoors: on sidewalks, in the park, mid-stride, or on an elevated subway platform. Where else can you grab noodles next to a guy with boa constrictor around his neck, walk a few feet to cram a slice of pizza, and top it all off with soft serve from a truck?
